Tonight I sat down among friends to watch the first four episodes of Lost Season Three. Season three you say? Well, let me remind you that sometime in the August/September time frame a group of us set out to meet on Wednesday nights and watch Lost Season 1 Episode 1 completely through current day episode. At the rate of three or four episodes a night we covered ground quickly, fully consuming the entertainment, twists, and turns that Lost had to offer; each taking away our own theories and looking forward to the next time we would meet, which brings us up to today. Tonight we sat down with haste to watch the first four episodes of Lost Season Three. The first episode was an immediate disappointment, as it was obvious that no one needed a 45 minute recap of what we’ve so closely watched these past few weeks. There is no spoiler here when I say that Lost has undergone a significant momentum loss. I can’t help but be aware of the fact that Lost is quickly losing my attention. I need to know a little more quickly the information that my brain desires. Don’t get me wrong - the fates of Locke, Eko and Desmond are important…and okay, Jack, Kate and Sawyer as well; but, isn’t it about time that we get to know about “the others” and this “island’? It is of my own opinion that Lost needs to get their act together. I shall leave it at that.
Nice, well good to know that I have a lot to look forward to in season 3!
Oh Paul, it still has a chance to turn out well! It just doesn’t look like it right now!
We’ll see what happens.
