Until MyBlogLog restricts those types of things, it just happens. As far as any ads from Google's Adsense, I believe there's a box that you check while creating your code that states that you do not want any adult content type of ads listed. I do wish that MyBlogLog did regulate these types of avators though. It doesn't bother me, but it may bother my readers and my site isn't related to any adult themes or content.
