Customer Service Calls

There is nothing unusual about this tech support call. Thousands just like it happen every day. Perhaps you can relate. The added video-commentary and call statistics are both humerous and infuriating to anyone who has ever had to do the same. This is an actual tech support call with an HP technician…

      OH MY GOODNESS. I can relate soo much. I DESPISE HP. I got this computer in February, and not only have I already had problems, but HP’s customer service is HORRIBLE! Do you know how long it took me to get a simple replacement AC adapter?!? I had to talk to at least three different “technicians” over the course of a couple weeks, and I ended up having to live without my computer for awhile due to the amount of time it took. ::tears out hair::

      But besides that, the video was quite humorous, thanks to the wonderful commentary.

      I miss Dell!
