I've never used 800-GOOG411, I'll have to try it now. Of course, you really don't need to dial the last 1, but that's irrelevant really. I've always used 800-FREE411. And they don't have an extra digit in their number! :) Bose does suck. Shure = much better. If you don't want to dish out the money for the E500 series, you could always start on the low end with an E2g. Of course, they come much, much better still! I have dial-up right now which is actually quite fast for $10.50 mo. through Earthlink, but an over-priced land line for $40 through TDS. No cell.
